How much time do you need to set up?


We will begin setting up the Photo Booth one hour before your start time.




What is the duration of the Photo Booth?


We recommend three hours as a minimum. You can have the booth for longer if you require.




How long does it take to pack away?


30 to 60 minutes depending on which photo booth you book.




How Much Room do you need for the booth?


We require a space of approximately 2.2m x 2.6 metres for the photo booth as well as room for a prop table and a table for the photo album.




What Access Do You Need to the venue?


We need a space big enough for a van, close to the venue to unload the equipment, and clear access to the area where the Photo Booth is to be sited. You must give us advanced notice of any stairs that need to be negotiated. Failure to do so could affect your booking.




How far will you travel?


Travel up to 30 miles in included in the hire of equipment. Mileage above that distance will attract a nominal fee to cover our costs.




Are you insured?


Yes. All our equipment is PAT tested and we have public liability insurance.




Can we choose colour or black and white photos?


Yes you can choose between colour or black and white prints.




How many times can we use the photo booth. How many prints do we get at each visit to the booth?


Use of the photo booth is unlimited during the hire period. Prints are limited to two 6inch x 4inch prints, or four 6inch x 2inch strip prints. One of these prints is mounted in the free Photo Album by our attendant and we will ask your guests to leave a personal message next to their photograph.




How much deposit is needed to book equipment?


A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.




What happens to my deposit if my event is cancelled or re-scheduled?


In the event of a cancellation your deposit is forfeit. In the event of re scheduling we will transfer your booking provided we are available. If we are not available your deposit is forfeit.




When is payment of the balance due?


Your balance must be paid in full 30 days before your booking date. We accept Bank Transfer and Card payments.
